FDC Board of Directors

All the policy decisions are made by the Board of Directors under the Chairmanship of Minister for Environment,Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

FDC Executive Committee

All strategic and operational issues are coordinated by Executive Committee headed by the Secretary Environment,Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

FDC Price Committee

To resolve issues and determine stumpage rates of trees in the lots worked out particularly on net sale mode of payment of royalty under the Chairmanship of Secretary Environment,Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Chief Executive of FDC

All technical/Administrative decisions are made by the Managing Director who is the Chief Executive of the Corporation.

Development Working Party

FDC being autonomous body, its ADP and Development schemes are scrutinized and approved by its own Development Working Party, (DWP)under the Chairmanship of Managing Director FDC.

Audit of FDC

• Internal Audit by FDC audit wing.
• Commercial audit by D.G Commercial audit.
• External audit by Chartered Accountants.
